The Chrome Web Store listing isn’t live yet. In the meantime, you can explore the screenshots, or build and load the extension locally if you have the Screenwright source code.

Run the local preview

You’ll need the Screenwright source checkout, Bun, and a Chromium browser that supports unpacked extensions.

  1. Build the extension

    From the Screenwright repository root:

    bun install
bun run --filter @screenwright/extension build

  2. Load it in your browser

    Open chrome://extensions, enable Developer mode, choose Load unpacked, and select apps/extension/.output/chrome-mv3.

  3. Open a website and make your first edit

    Look for the Screenwright launcher on the page. Select a section or block the site, customize it, and save. Browser settings pages cannot be edited.
